Me and my fianceé recently spent a week at this luxurious resort in Crete and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided top-notch service and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We got upgrade to Deluxe room with private pool with sea view and that was the icing on the cake. You can choose from many swimming pools including a heated one. Some pools have salty water, we appreciated the adults only zone next to the pool and what can I say..... the cabanas are divine. The resort has very relaxing atmosphere, quiet despite of the resort is relatively large. The food was delicious, to many variations to choose from. On breakfast I appreciated the coffee, which was made on the bar not automatic machine by myself. Dinner has to many corners with food from pizza, pasta, sea food, greek corner and many more. I especially found the desserts very impressive. I have never seen such high level desserts at hotels. The cleaning lady did her job very well with attention to details. Overall, our stay at the Royal Senses Resort & Spa was pure paradise. The combination of stellar accommodations, remarkable service, and gorgeous setting made this one of the most luxurious and memorable vacations we've ever had.

High quality resort and very friendly staff. Nice and clean room with balcony and fantastic sunset over the ocean. Aqua park for the children and kids club was great. Many pools to choose from and a good gym/spa. Good food and nice restaurants, shops, boutiques, tenniscourt and fotball pitch.

The design of the hotel is as very modern, the bed is comfortable, the private pool in the room is great for afternoon/ early morning or late evenings, the view was also great. Plus the sous-chef was amazing with my husband who is allergic to gluten. He discussed with him every dinner and created something specifically for him and guaranteed no gluten contamination.

Our stay at the Royal Senses was simply unforgettable! We stayed in a gorgeous private pool villa : spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with top-quality bedding that made our nights wonderfully restful. Being upgraded was a delightful surprise that made the experience even more special. The hotel itself is just as impressive: vast, luxurious, and designed with great taste. The cable car connecting the different areas is original and adds a real wow factor. The buffets were excellent, varied, and of very high quality, every meal was a treat. The staff also deserve special praise: always attentive, responsive, and incredibly kind. Everything combined to make our stay a pure delight. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

What I loved most about the property is that it’s brand new, secluded, and has a warm, cozy atmosphere—perfect for both a family getaway or a romantic escape. The staff were wonderful and attentive to every detail. At check-in, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked—it was larger and more spacious—but when I requested to be moved to the room we had reserved, they arranged it seamlessly the very next day. Throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond to make the experience truly special.

OMGosh...where do I begin? Absolute luxury from beginning to end. The staff immediately made us feel like royalty the minute we got out of our taxi. I was going to take one of our bags but the staff member who greeted us would not hear of it! He took all our luggage by himself and brought it to the luggage room while our room was being prepared. We arrived at 0930 and check in wasn't until 1500. They offered us a cool towel and then accommodated us in the restaurant that served breakfast. Buffet style. It was nothing short of incredible! We had a table with sea view, and it was breathtaking! We then took our places by one of the giant pools overlooking the sea. Each table had a button to order food and drinks to be brought to your umbrella. They called us once the room was ready and they brought us to our room with the golf cart. We had the room with the private pool and it was everything we imagined! They had a table with a cake and champagne because we told them we were celebrating our anniversary and our daughter's HS graduation! We lounged by our private pool till dinner time. There are 4 restaurants. We opted for the buffet restaurant, amazing! Michalis, our server, was exceptional! We then later walked around the resort and then sat down and listened to the live entertainment and had drinks. It was a lovely ending to a great day! The next day we rented a car (there is a car rental kiosk inside the resort!) and visited Heraklion...it takes about an hour so plan accordingly. We left after breakfast (included), so around 0900 and were back a little after 1400. We did not want to stay away from our beautiful resort. We just luxuriated around the pools and our private pool for the rest of the day. The next day we took a shuttle after breakfast to the sister resort across the street to the beach. It's ok but nothing great. We quickly came back to the resort. Aquapark was cool! Spa. A little marketplace in the resort for purchases. A parting gift too!

We stayed for three nights in a room with a private pool and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was excellent — incredibly tasty with a wide variety of options for every meal. The main pool with heated water was fantastic and very enjoyable even during cooler parts of the day. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, offering a great selection of machines for a proper workout. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. But the best part of all was the peaceful atmosphere — it’s the perfect place to relax and truly unwind.

The hotel was stunning, with the most amazing views. We got a room upgrade which was wonderful. Staff were all very accommodating and polite. Room was cleaned and topped up twice a day which was wonderful. Service was impeccable.

This hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The heated pools are excellent, especially the ones designed for babies, which were perfect for our little one. The rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Their private pool is spectacular, offering a great place to unwind. Additionally, the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, overlooking the entire area and the magnificent sea. The restaurant is beautiful, with an excellent menu that offers a delicious variety of dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay that we highly recommend.
